Rates

Individual sessions $60.00 each or save with packages as follows:

  •   3 sessions @   $160.00 savings of $20.00
  •   6 sessions @   $324.00 savings of $36.00
  • 12 sessions @   $648.00 savings of $72.00
  • 24 sessions @ $1296.00 savings of $144.00

Group sessions are $95.00 for groups of 2 to 4 with packages as follows: 

  • 2 people for   8 sessions @ $47.50 per person per session or $380.00 per person (meets 2 days per week)
  • 3 people for   8 sessions @ $32.00 per person per session or $253.00 per person (meets 2 days per week) 
  • 4 people for   8 sessions @ $18.75 per person per session or $150.00 per person (meets 2 days per week)
  • 2 people for 16 sessions @ $45.00 per person per session or $720.00 per person (meets 2 days per week)
  • 3 people for 16 sessions @ $30.00 per person per session or $480.00 per person (meets 2 days per week)
  • 4 people for 16 sessions @ $22.50 per person per session or $360.00 per person (meets 2 days per week) 

Additionally, I offer consultations and programs for people that just need a little direction. 

Consultations consist of body measurements, weight, BMI, various strength and cardio testing.  Once information is gathered,  a written analysis of caloric needs as well as a personalized cardio and strength training program that can be used for 30 days will be compiled.  This package includes two sessions to make sure you understand the dynamics of the program so that you can reach your goal.  If you are a self started this is the program for you.  The cost: $350.00.
